Lois Smith's Obituary
Lois H. Smith, age 81 of North Ridgeville passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Monday, February 8, 2010. She was born in Cleveland, OH and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 5 years moving from Brooklyn, OH. A homemaker, Lois enjoyed reading, watching old Western movies and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her son, Eric (Jenni) Smith of North Ridgeville, 2 grandchildren, Kyle and Austin Smith, a brother, Ron (Margie) Rupert of Middleburg Heights and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Smith in 2006, by her mother, Norma Rupert and her step-father, Eugene Rupert. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Thursday, February 11, 2010 at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville where funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Friday. Rev. Lou Diehl will officiate. Burial will follow at Woodvale Cemetery, Middleburg Heights. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ireland Cancer Center, 18697 Bagley Rd., Middleburg Heights, OH 44130.
