Linda M. Williams' Obituary
Linda M. Williams (nee Lotharius), age 81, of New Kent, VA, formerly of Medina, OH passed away Friday October 11, 2024, at her home following a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, she had resided most of her life in Medina before moving to New Kent, VA 2 years ago.
Linda worked as a receptionist for Surgical Associates before retiring in 2012.
She enjoyed spending her winters at Lahaina Inn Resort on Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Linda enjoyed spending her summers boating and socializing with her many friends at Bay Point Marina in Marblehead. Linda loved listening to live music, dancing and was always the life of the party. In her quiet time, she enjoyed reading, knitting, crocheting, and needlework.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 60 years, Chuck, daughter, Jennifer Williams, 4 grandchildren, Tyler (Victoria Griffin) Malkus, Alexander (Sarah Comella) Allen, Connor (AnnaRae Howe-Flint) Malkus and Olivia Allen and her sister Patricia Smothers.
She was preceded in death by daughter Carol Williams Allen, parents, Uni and Hattie Lotharius and sister Phylis Learst.
A celebration of Linda’s Life will be held beginning 2 PM Saturday October 26, 2024, at Bogner Life Celebration Center, 7295 Greenlawn Drive, adjacent to the funeral home, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039 with reception to follow until 4 PM.
