Linda Gail Shultz's Obituary
Linda Gail Shultz (nee Davis), age 66, of Parma, passed away surrounded by her family at Seasons of Life Hospice Residential Center in Parma, on November 22, 2014 after a lengthy illness.
She was born on March 7, 1948 in Pocahontas, VA and has lived in Parma for the past 35 years, moving from Cleveland.
Linda worked as a Nurse’s Physical Therapist’s Aide for Manor Care Nursing Home on Rocky River Drive in Cleveland. She was a member of The Prayer House in Dalton, Ohio.
Linda’s greatest joy was found in spending time with her grandchildren and church family.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, David; sons Tony (Sonia) Shultz of Dalton, OH and John Joseph “Joe” Burres of Superior, WI; daughter Lisa (David) Holbert of Parma; grandchildren Aaron, Lauren, Tyler, Jordan and Shanoah; sister Nancy (Gary “Bud”) Johnson of Sevierville, TN.
Linda was preceded in death by her Parents Charles and Pearlie (nee Dawson) Davis; sister Connie Kelly.
Funeral Services Tuesday November 25 at 12:00 noon at the New Hope Apostolic Church, 40180 Parsons Rd., LaGrange, OH 44044 where family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Pastor Tony Shultz, Pastor Elder Dan Deaton and Pastor Dan Deaton will co-officiate. Interment will be in Fields Cemetery, North Ridgeville. Family requests donations be made to The Prayer House, 15478 Lincoln Way West, Dalton, OH 44618.
