We met as twenty-year-olds, barely adults. We lived most of the years located miles apart, but all the while remaining each other’s life coach, counselor and biggest fan. I am truly grateful that Linda was able spend these last few years in Florida, the place we started our adult lives and the place she truly loved. As I reflect upon the richness of true friendship, I realize that our pasts have created a bond that cannot be broken. Memories of our past together are a comfort to me; she has been a part of me for over forty years and her influence upon me will remain until we meet again.
