Linda A. Buehner's Obituary
Linda A. Buehner (nee Nystrom), age 75, passed away June 26, 2022 at the Renaissance Retirement Campus in Olmsted Falls OH under Comfort & Care Hospice. She was born on August 19, 1946 in Cleveland the daughter of the late Carl H. Nystrom and Pauline Hoprich Nystrom. She had been a resident of Maple Heights, North Ridgeville, Wilmington NC and Elyria. She graduated from West High School in 1964 and began working as a Bank Teller for Cleveland Trust later known as Ameritrust. She worked her way up through the ranks and many mergers to the position of Vice President. She retired from Lorain National Bank North Ridgeville Branch in 2010. She was a member of NAWIC. Throughout her career she gained many lifelong friends and considered them family. Linda married the late Chris C. Spangler in 1966 the father of her two daughters. She became a loved member of the Spangler Family and was fortunate to gain an extended family with his wonderful group of friends. She was adventurous and loved to travel. She enjoyed boating, cooking and throwing family parties. She was devoted to many family pets and furry grandchildren throughout the years. Linda was a strong, smart and loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, mother-in-law, grandma Linda, BFF, and friend. She is survived by her daughters Paula Spangler (Tod Foy) and Barbara Evans (Chris); brother Carl K. Nystrom; Nephews and Niece Erik Nystrom and family, Kristen Wellman (Brian), David Nystrom (Ann) and family and Jason Nystrom (Denise) and family; great nephew Mark Bryner; great nieces Brittney Iskander (Marko) and children Dylan & Emma) and Briana Wellman. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:30 - 7:30 pm at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday at 11 am at West Park Cemetery, 3942 Ridge Rd., Cleveland, OH 44144. Reverend Remus Grama will officiate.
