Linda L. Bly's Obituary
Linda L. Bly (nee Brodhacker), age 74, of North Ridgeville, passed away at her home on Sunday, May 10, 2026.
She was born on January 4, 1952, in Terre Haute, Indiana, and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 24 years, moving from Cleveland. Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toledo and went on to complete her Master of Arts at Case Western Reserve University.
Linda was very artistic and loved drawing, writing, playing her guitar, going out dancing, and was always up for having a good time. She brought joy and laughter to those around her and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Michele (Sam) Morthland of Burke, Virginia; son, Michael (Michelle) Bly of North Ridgeville; grandchildren, Hailey (Zachary Szymanski), Caleb, Theresa, Elizabeth (Harrison Parker), Thomas, and Margaret; great-granddaughter, Brynlee; brother, John Brodhacker; sister, Rita Rynder; and many nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Larry; her parents, Mary Jane (nee Fulton) and John Warren Brodhacker; and her brother-in-law, Jerry Rynder.
A celebration of Linda’s life will be announced at a later date.
