Leslie E. "Les" Cunningham's Obituary
Leslie Earle “Les” Cunningham, age 57, of Lakeside, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at O’Neill Healthcare in North Ridgeville.
He was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of Lakeside for 30 years, where he was affectionately known as the “Mayor of Lakeside”. He previously lived in Northfield.
Les worked as a production manager for Riverview Industries in Oak Harbor. He was a member of Lakeside United Methodist Church and a former, active member of the United Methodist Church of Macedonia.
Survivors include his sisters, Carolyn (Dan) Beears of Cleveland, OH, Diane (Richard) Boettner of Marysville, OH, Patricia Castanaras and Jeanne (Joel) Hill both of North Ridgeville, OH; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Pearle Mae (nee Beaumont) Cunningham and brother-in-law, Jim Castanaras.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 11AM at Lakeside United Methodist Church, 450 Central Ave., Lakeside, Oh. Pastor Vernon Shepherd will officiate. Fellowship will follow at Wesley Lodge in Lakeside.
Arrangements under the care of Bogner Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, North Ridgeville.
