Leona R. "Lee" Mausser's Obituary
Leona R. “Lee” Mausser (nee Lackman), age 75, of North Ridgeville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at O’Neill Healthcare Center in North Ridgeville after a long illness. She was born in 1946 in Cleveland and raised in Parma Heights before moving to North Ridgeville in 1970. She worked for Sears Roebuck & Co as Human Resource Manager retiring after 30 years of service.
Lee enjoyed tennis, dancing, cooking and bowling having won numerous trophies and awards. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Mark; son Brian Boutwell of Edwardsburg, MI; daughter, Tammy (Tim) Houser of North Ridgeville; grandson, Ethan Boutwell of Columbus, IN; twin sister, Laura (Donald) Bastock of Elyria. She was aunt “Lee-Lee” to many nieces and nephews including Kim, Mike, Dawn, Lindsey, Josh, Ava and Mason whom she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Ruth Lackman; grandson, Kyle Houser; sister, Linda Heuer; and stepson, Scott Mausser.
Family will receive friends Monday, September27, 2021 from 11AM until time of service at 12PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH. Chaplin Michael Meyer will officiate.
