Lawerence Mastalski's Obituary
Lawrence W. Mastalski, age 63, of Tampa, Florida formerly of North Ridgeville died Friday evening at Tampa General Hospital following a long illness.
He was born in Coupon, Pennsylvania and raised in Gallitzin, Pennsylvania. He was a resident of North Ridgeville until moving to Winterhaven, Florida in 1967.
Mr. Mastalski served in the United States Navy.
He worked as a dock supervisor and dispatcher.
He was a former member of St. Peter Catholic Church, North Ridgeville and enjoyed golfing and traveling.
Survivors include his wife Betty (nee Gilles); son, Lawrence Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia; 2 daughters, Jean Moyer of Stow, Lori Jordon of Charlotte, North Carolina; 4 grandchildren; 6 sisters, Marie Nichols of Largo, Florida, Vicki Cantrell of Sheffield Lake, Theresa Martyak of Ashville, Pennsylvania, Carol Quinn of Gallitzin, Pennsylvania, Barbara Kulick of Cresson, Pennsylvania, Virginia Walkup of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania; 2 brothers, Walter of Cresson, Pennsylvania, Victor of Altoona, Pennsylvania; mother, Joann Mastalski of Gallitzin, Pennsylvania.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph; 2 brothers, Joseph Jr. and Robert.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5-9PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, where prayers services will be held on Wednesday at 11:30. A 12:00 Noon Mass will follow at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Rev. Joseph Spolny, interim Associate Pastor will be the celebrant. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
