Laura Buchanan's Obituary
Laura A. Buchanan (nee Huskey), age 70, of North Ridgeville, died Friday evening at North Ridge Health Center in North Ridgeville following a long illness.
She was born in Tennessee. She had been a longtime resident of North Ridgeville.
She had worked at the Ashland Oil Station at Lorain and Lear Nagle Road in North Ridgeville for many years retiring in 1985.
She is survived by her daughter, Patty A. Casper of North Ridgeville, four brothers, Ralph Huskey of Mystic, CT, Clyde Huskey of Rogersville, TN, Clarence Huskey of Lawrenceville, GA, and Kenneth Huskey of Sevierville, TN, four sisters, Hazel Shelton of Pamplin, VA, Beulah Sykes of New Market, TN, Betty Roberts of Doyle, TN and Grace Loy of Knoxville, TN.
She is preceded in death by her Husband Robert L. Buchanan in 1989, and her parents, Arvin and Bessie Huskey.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00PM until time of services at 2:00 PM in the David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville. Reverend Bill Shomo will officiate.
Burial will follow in Sugar Ridge Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
