Larry W Ramsey's Obituary
Larry W. Ramsey, age 64, of North Ridgeville, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015 at O’Neill Healthcare in North Ridgeville.
He was born in Sutton W.V, and had lived in Akron from 1968 until he moved to North Ridgeville in 1973.
Larry worked as a machine operator at Ford Motor Company in Brook Park until his retirement in 2001.
He was a member of the UAW Local 1250, the OGSO (Ohio Girls Softball Organization), where Larry coached for many years.
Larry’s passions were four-wheeling, going to West Virginia, car shows and rescuing animals. He enjoyed being with his large loving family.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Ramsey of North Ridgeville; daughters, Michelle and Jennifer Ramsey of North Ridgeville; grandchildren, Miranda, Julia and Alexa Kelly; brother, James (Betty) Graham of Silva, NC; dear friends, Richard and Sharon Teel of Garfield Hts; his babies, Taco and Poncho; many nieces, nephews and beloved friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Abner and Delcie Ramsey; siblings, Maxine McPeek, Eugene Graham, and Norma Jean Evans.
Friends may call Monday, November 9, 2015 from 3 PM until time of memorial service at 4 PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville.
Rev. Chuck Behrens will officiate.
Private burial will take place at a later date.
