Larry E.'s Obituary
Larry E."aka Shine or Snake" Ray, age 52, of North Ridgeville, died Wednesday, February 11, 2004 in St. John West Shore Hospital, Westlake following a short illness.
He was born July 7, 1951 in Berea, and had resided in North Ridgeville his whole life.
Mr. Ray enjoyed wood working, reading, racing cars and motorcycles, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
He worked as a Auto Mechanic for many years, most recently at C.A.R. S. Inc in Cleveland.
Surviving are his wife, Bonnie L. Ray (nee Burgess) 2 Sons, James D. Greene, Shawn A. Ray, both of Elyria; 2 Daughters, Joy K. Greene, of Vermilion and Cindy M. Greene of N. Ridgeville, Eight Grandchildren; 2 Sisters, Kay Ray, of Elyria and Phyllis Jirousek of Grafton; 2 Brothers, Marvin Ray and Brother Ray both of Elyria.
He was preceded in death by Parents, Earl Ray in 5, Nannie Ray (nee Worley) in 1994, Son, Leonard Craig Ray in 1969, and brother, Avery Glen Ray in 1947..
Friends will be received Sunday from 2-5 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville.
Services will be held 11:00 AM Monday in the funeral home. Pauline Sherwood will officiate.
