Larry Dalton's Obituary
Larry J. Dalton, age 56, of Elyria passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at UH Medical Center in Cleveland. He was born July 6, 1969 in Elyria where he remained a lifelong resident. He worked as a Production Lead for Diamond Products where he had worked for the past 33 years.
Larry enjoyed creating music with his keyboard and guitar as well as discovering new music. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching the Cleveland Cavs, Browns, and the Guardians. Bowling at Stoney's Rainbow Lanes on Wednesday nights was one of his greatest joys in addition to a round of golf. He enjoyed spending time with his family as well as watching his grandchildren grow.
Survivors include his wife, Jenny (née Taylor), daughter, Mandie (Sean) Fleming of North Ridgeville, son, Brandon Dalton of Chicago, grandsons, Caleb, Cooper, and Cohen Fleming, father, Sidney “Jack” Dalton of Elyria, brother, Joe (Beth) Dalton of Clarksburg, WV as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma J. (née Murray) Dalton, sister Tonya Diederich, brother-in-law, Gary Diederich, infant sister, Lora Dalton, and grandchildren Camden Miles and June Ann Marie Fleming.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 26, 2026 from 4 PM until time of services at 7 PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville. Dan Barfell, celebrant will officiate.
