Kyra Danielle Leckey's Obituary
Kyra Danielle Leckey, age 31, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2024 at University Hospital in Cleveland.
She was born on February 2, 1993 in Cleveland and has been a lifelong resident of North Ridgeville. Kyra was a 2011 graduate of North Ridgeville High School, where she was part of the cheerleading squad. She worked as a medical assistant and also at the Zip Thru Beverage in North Ridgeville.
Kyra competed in gymnastics, enjoyed hiking and loved golfing with her parents, but nothing brought more joy to her life than spending time with her son Sean.
She is survived by her son Sean Gugliemotto; parents Brenda (nee Haynes) and Daniel Leckey; brothers Matthew Leckey and Ryan (Stephanie) Leckey; nieces and nephews Makayla, Evelyn, Jordyn, Ashlyn and Nolan Ryan Leckey; maternal grandmother Sylvia Haynes; paternal grandparents Lucille and Harold Leckey; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kyra was preceded in death by Sean’s father Joe Gugliemotto; grandfather Raymond Haynes; step grandfather Joe Ray.
Funeral Service Friday, March 29 at 7:00 p.m. in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until time of service. Deacon Patrick Humphrey will officiate. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Sean Gugliemotto education fund.
