What a bright, sensetive, good hearted young lady she was.

I followed Kim's journey on the LLS board. She was a bright spirit who encouraged others even in the midst of her own challanges. She was truly a special young lady.
I was so sorry to hear of Kimberly's passing. I knew her from the LLS discussion boards, and she was a very special person. May your family find strength during this difficult time.
I feel especially awful. I had promised Kim money for a new video game and didn't get to send it in time. I wanted her to have something new to play to keep her occupied. Her struggles to breathe were heart wrenching to read about. She was very special to us on the LLS board. May she rest in peace. She loved her dogs so much; I hope they will continue to be loved and cuddled as she would want them to be. So sorry, Kim. Julindy

I also met Kim on the LLS board. She amazed me by her strength to carry on despite her pain. I am not to much older than her, and I grew to espcially feel a caringness for her. I went home this week, I too am from Indiana, to celebrate my Mom's 100 day post SCT. My prayers are with you all and Kim's sister, whom she shared with us on the board that she cherished! I too came to know Kim through the LLS transplant boards. Our "amigreenleaf" was a real treasure and I will miss her posts. My deepest, heartfelt condolences to her family.

I also knew kim from the lals board and was so sad of the struggles that she vented on the lals board. She is now pain free and in the hands of God. May He wrap His arms around all of you. I am so sorry.
I met Kim two years ago, she was dx'd with the same cancer as my son at the same age and on the same day. She preceded my son to transplant by a few months. She was always so encouraging and supportive. It saddens me to know she beat the "beast" and the chemo side effects hurt her the most. We have lost so many warriors to this horrific disease, Kim will always be remembered by me and my son as one of those warriors...My deepest and sincerest sympathies to her mom, dad and sister Vanessa, she spoke of you often with much love.
