Kathleen Joanne Hegedus' Obituary
Kathleen Joanne Hegedus (nee Dennis), age 68, of Elyria, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center.
She was born in Ravenna and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1985.
She worked as an account executive in the food industry.
Kathleen enjoyed being with her family, camping, listening to music, playing cards, watching movies, baking and spending time in North Carolina. She was an avid reader and especially enjoyed mystery books by Patricia Cornwell. Her children called her a collector of dogs.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Joe, children, Joseph Hegedus Jr. of Mineral Ridge, Debbra (Dick) Burdick of Elyria, Chuck (Laurie) Hegedus of Eastlake, Stefani (Dale) Hlaves of Elyria, Robert Hegedus of Cleveland, Lauren Hegedus of Elyria, grandchildren, Faelynn, Charles, Jordan, Tyler, Mackenzie, sisters, Elizabeth Collins of Danville, Virginia and Lora Price of Williamsburg, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Althea “Marion” (nee Van Allen) Dennis.
