Katherine Saas' Obituary
Katherine E. Saas, age 96, of North Ridgeville, died Sunday at her home; following a long illness.
She was born in Monmouth, IL and had been a resident of North Ridgeville the past five years; having moved from Bonita Springs, FL. She had lived most of her life in Columbus, OH
Mrs. Saas enjoyed her grandchidren, playing cards with them and the game of scrabble.
Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn Ward, of North Ridgeville; daughter-in-law, Ann Marie Saas; eleven grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Carl Saas; son Frederick Clinton Saas and step-sister, Marjorie.
A private family service will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at Schoedinger, Worthington Chapel, 6699 North High Street, Worthington, OH.
David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH is handling the local arrangements.
Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Columbus, OH
