Karen Wensing's Obituary
Karen “Patti” Wensing (nee Jesko), 72, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at the Renaissance Health Center in Olmsted Falls.
She was born on January 31, 1939 in Royal, PA, and has been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1968.
Patti worked as a school bus driver and later as the Supervisor of Transportation for North Ridgeville Schools, retiring in 2004.
She was a member of St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church.
Patti was a devoted wife, loving mother and a very, very proud grandmother.
Survivors include her sons, Edward (Dawn) and Sean (Melissa), all of North Ridgeville; grandchildren, Cameron, Shelby, Calan, Tyler, Jake and Vince; brothers, Paul Jr., George, Dave, John, and William Jesko; and her sister, Sharon Silbaugh.
Preceded in death by her husband Edward Sr.; brothers, Richard and Charles Jesko; and her parents, Paul Jesko Sr. and Katherine Jesko (nee Ferrel).
Friends will be received at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville on Thursday from 5 – 8 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, June 24, 2011 at 11 AM. Father Tom Kowatch will officiate.
