I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Karen. Her and Denny were great contributors to St. Bernadette's and it was always a pleasure to see the two of them. A very special, caring and devoted couple back together again. My prayers and condolences to the whole family. God bless.

Our hearts are filled with sadness over Karen's passing. We thought she'd outlive us all. We met Karen and Denny 17+ years ago and became instant friends. We all always had so much fun with our silly Riverbend groups and games. She will always be in our hearts.

We are saddened by your loss. Karen and Denny were great friends of ours in SC. We spent many Sundays together at Street Meet on HHI watching the Browns play football. Also played cards, wine tasting and our Adventure Group with them. Have wonderful memories of their visit up to Wi to visit with us too. Karen was always a loving concerned mother to her children and grandchildren. She will be missed by many. Sending lots of love and prayers for your comfort.

Karen was a great friend, we played cards, games, many dinners and wine tastings, concerts/plays. So many laughs and good times with our close friends and groups. We owe a debt of gratitude to St. Bernadette’s and Westlake for bringing our families together. We remember the boys sports and yours and our service to the parish. Most of all we remember a trip to Myrtle Beach where we ate, played volleyball and had the paper delivered each morning by Denny! What fun. Oh and what about Halloween! You all certainly knew how to decorate! God had blessed us in life and now welcomes you home to be with Denny for eternity.

Vicki & I are shocked and grieving. She and Denny were our closest friends while in the Navy, 1972-1974, and my late wife Patti and I pleased to be Ryan’s godparents.
Later visits in Cleveland, So. Carolina, and later for Karen’s 70th will always be cherished.
She’s with Denny now in God’s hands.
