Julius Kulcsar's Obituary
Julius M. Kulcsar, age 66 of North Ridgeville, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2005 at the Cleveland Clinic following a short illness.
He was born October 31, 1938 in Lorain and had resided in North Ridgeville the past 32 years.
He served in the US Navy from 1959 -1963.
Julius worked as a Systems Analyst for Air to Ground Communications at the FAA in Oberlin. He retired this past January after 44 years of government service; including the Navy, NASA and the FAA .
He was an Extra Class Ham Radio Operator, call letters K8JK. He was a member of Northern Ohio Amateur Radio Society and was recognized by the Oklahoma City Autopatch Association for his assistance after the bombing of the Oklahoma City Federal Building on April 19, 1995.
He also enjoyed fishing, boating and was an avid Ohio State Football Fan.
Surviving are his wife of 33 years, Patricia "Nanny Pat"; son, Joseph Martin (Rheanon) Kulcsar of Cleveland; 2 daughters, Julie M. (Jeremy) Moen of Elyria, Alice M. (Alexander) Penner of Lakewood; brother, Ray W. Mills of Cleveland Heights; and five grandchildren; Alexander, Ashley, Joey, Aaron and Jacob..
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Helen Mills.
Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9, Thursday, September 29th at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville.
Services will be held 11:00 AM Friday in the funeral home with Jim Bzdafka, Senior Pastor of Providence Church, Avon officiating.
Internment will follow in the Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township. The VFW Post 9871, North Ridgeville will conduct full military honors at the grave site.
