Judith A. Miller's Obituary
Judith A. Miller (nee Diederich), age 76, of Elyria, passed away on August 3, 2015 at the Holy Family Hospice in Parma.
She was born on December 30, 1938 in North Ridgeville, where she had been a lifetime resident before moving to Elyria in 2005.
Judith was a bus driver for North Ridgeville City Schools for 23 years and also worked as a van driver for the Cleveland Clinic Independence office. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in North Ridgeville a member and past president of the Ohio Association of Public School Employees.
Judith lived for her family, and was a caregiver for her husband Kenneth and daughter Angela. In her free time, Judith enjoyed working in her garden and was an avid boater on Lake Erie.
She is survived by her son Robert (Cara) Miller of North Ridgeville; daughters Angela Miller of Elyria, Carolyn (Wayne) Patchin of Grafton; step daughter Kimberly Connor of Wooster; grandchildren Wayne, Mikayla, Derek, Danielle, Angelina, and Branden; great grandchildren Alexa and Caiden; sister Jeannie Hamker of Grafton; brothers Jerome Diederich of Elyria and James Diederich of S.C.
Judith was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Miller; parents Harold and Mary (nee Barth) Diederich.
Family will receive friends in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. and on Friday at 9:30 a.m. for a prayer service preceding a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville. Interment will be private.
