Joyce E. Supers' Obituary
Joyce E. Supers, age 97, of Oberlin, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at the Main Street Care Center in Avon Lake. She was born on March 27, 1927 in Lorain, Ohio and was a longtime resident of Oberlin. Joyce was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. She worked as a clerk at Elyria Children’s Services for many years before her retirement. In her free time, Joyce enjoyed painting, doing word search puzzles and watching old movies, Star Trek and Disney movies. The warmer months of summer would find Joyce tending to her garden. Her favorite pastime was spoiling her granddaughter and great granddaughters.
She is survived by her son Fred Conklin of Lorain; granddaughter Casey (Danny) Martin of North Ridgeville; great granddaughters Devin and Sierra Martin; siblings Harold, Lorna, Barbara and Geraldine; many nieces and nephews.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Arthur C. Supers; brother Leslie, sister Marilyn.
