Joyce Keller's Obituary
Joyce R. Keller (nee Buckwald), age 72, of Eaton Twp., passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at EMH Regional Medical Center, Elyria, following a long illness.
Born in Cleveland, she had been a resident of Eaton Twp. for the past 32 years moving from Olmsted Falls.
She worked in housekeeping for Fairview General Hospital in Cleveland for many years, retiring in 1997.
Joyce enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her son Emory Frank Keller Jr. of Elyria; daughters, Brenda Kitts of Elyria, Patty (Jim) Walkem of Homerville, Julie (Jeff) Leinweber of Columbia Station; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Paulette Stemple of Medina, Phyllis Ciganko of Westlake and brother, Bob Buckwald of Cleveland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Emory F. Keller Sr. in 2002; parents, Paul and Lydia Buckwald; sister, Clara Buckwald; brothers Paul, Al and Delbert Buckwald.
Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, N. Ridgeville. Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Pastor David Swartz will officiate.
Burial will be in Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Twp.
