Joyce Aldine Dunford's Obituary
Joyce A. Dunford (nee Saunders), age 86, of Oberlin, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake.
She was born on June 23, 1931 in Lesage, West Virginia, and has been a resident of Oberlin for the past 7 years, moving from Elyria and West Virginia.
Throughout her life, Joyce was always very active in the churches she attended. In her free time, she enjoyed working in her flower garden, her pets, and spending time with her beloved grandson and great grandchildren.
Joyce is survived by her son Jerry (Kathy) Dunford of Oberlin; grandson Kelly (Gina) Dunford; great grandchildren Koby and Kloey Dunford; sisters Wanda Spurlock of Proctorville, OH and Corky Drake of Panama City, FL; brother Jim Saunders of Lesage, WV; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Oliver Wendell Dunford on January 22, 2018; parents Curtis and Jane (nee Pittman) Saunders; sister Avis Hendricks.
There will be no services.
