Joy was my first coach at Progressive when I was hired 8 years ago. I told her our first week of working together is that I want to be a coach just like you. She looked at me and smiled and said to me"If that's what you want; then that's what you will be." I learned a lot from her and a year and a half later I became a coach. Joy and I work together off and on throughout the years as we moved throught the company where we were needed; but we when we saw each other we always paused to catch up. I loved coming to her desk to chat because she always had candy. :-). She will truely be missed by me. Condolences to her husband, family and everyone who's lives she touched. Gone too soon. RIP Joy.
