John Robert Young's Obituary
John Robert Young, age 75 of North Ridgeville, passed away Sunday December 30, 2018 at North Ridge Health Care Center.
He was born in Cleveland and had resided in North Ridgeville since this past August when he moved back from Orange County California where he had resided for 45 years.
A US Army Veteran, he served during the Vietnam War from 1964-1968.
Mr. Young was a graphic artist working in the printing industry.
Surviving are his brother, Ronald A. (Elaine) Young of North Ridgeville, sister, Marge (Mike) Meluch of Bay Village, nephews Mike (Junko) Faudree, Ronald (Michelle) Young, nieces Sue (Scott) Mihalek-Stearns, Lolli (Daniel) Olsen, Kim (Brian) Raymond and several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Sandy (nee Berg) in 2017 and his parents, John and Hilda Young.
Private services will be held with full military honors by VFW Post 9871. Private interment will take place in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
