John J. Minichiello's Obituary
John Minichiello, age 90, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at University Hospital in Cleveland following a brief illness.
John was born on June 22, 1924 in Cleveland and had been a lifelong resident there before recently moving to the Wesleyan Village in Elyria. He worked as an auto mechanic and was a self-taught TV repairman, owning his own business. He is survived by his brothers Mike (Rose) Minichiello of North Ridgeville and Alfred (Evelyn) Minichiello of Copley; sister Elvera Howell of North Olmsted; several nieces and one nephew.
John was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Carmella (nee Capretta) Minichiello; brother Samuel Minichiello.
Graveside Memorial Service on Saturday, April 18 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Cemetery (On Rt. 57, approximately 1 mile south of Rt. 82.) Rev. Beth McKee will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a Mass offered in John’s name at the church of your choice.
