John Wayne Coffey, age 53, of Parma, OH, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2023, at his home. He was born in Kodiak, Alaska and has been a resident of Parma for the past 15 years formerly of North Ridgeville OH. He worked as a mortgage underwriter, before retiring in 2020. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hiking and camping and posting on his YouTube channel Unpaved Explorer. He is survived by his mother Filomena Coffey; brother Paul “Danny” Coffey; sister Betty Emery; nephew Paul Coffey Jr.; uncle Edward Lee Roberts; cousins Lois Kacvinsky; Dave Emling; close friends John Foster, Jessica Krementz, and Beth Hollingsworth. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Coffey; grandmother Betty C. Roberts; grandfather Edward Roberts; uncle Richard Roberts. The family will celebrate his life privately.
