John McVey Allan's Obituary
John McVey Allan, age 88, of North Ridgeville, passed away at his home on Sunday, May 27, 2018. He was born on March 29, 1930 in Paisley, Scotland and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 17 years, moving from Fairview Park.
John worked as an Electrician for the Ford Motor Company for 53 years, retiring in 2008. He was also a member of the IBEW, Local 1377.
He is survived by his children Roberta (Richard) Phillips of North Royalton and Craig Allan of Olmsted Falls; grandchildren Philip (Allie) Allan, Andrew Allan and Robin (Nick) Vogel; great grandchildren Rosalie Allan and Callie Vogel.
John was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Martha (nee Domitrovich); parents John and Jeanie (nee Urquhart) Allan.
Family will receive friends in the BOGNER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 36625 CENTER RIDGE RD., N. RIDGEVILLE, ON WEDNESDAY FROM 5-7 P.M. Funeral Service will be on FRIDAY at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Chuck Behrens will officiate. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Westlake.
