JoAnne Lukachinsky's Obituary
Jo Anne Lukachinsky, age 36, of North Ridgeville, passed away Monday November 19, 2012 at South Point Hospital, Warrensville Heights following a long illness.
She was born in Garfield Heights she had resided in Cleveland most of her life until moving to North Ridgeville in 2005.
She had worked as a nurse's aide at several local nursing homes.
Miss Lukachinsky was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, North Ridgeville.
Survivors include her son, Bradley, daughter Sophie, parents Joe and Elizabeth Lukachinsky all of North Ridgeville, sisters Sandy Kopin of Lakewood and Lisa (David) Cunningham of Orrville and nieces Brittney Kopin and Jade Cook.
Friends may call Friday from 10 AM until time of Memorial Service at 11 AM at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Rd. N Ridgeville. Fr. Jerome Lukachinsky will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
