Joann M. Sipes' Obituary
Joann M. Sipes (nee Storme), age 79, of Westlake, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the Westbrook Place Nursing Home in Westlake. She was born on May 30, 1940 in Cleveland and was a resident of North Ridgeville where she had lived most of her life. Joann was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of St. Peter Church in North Ridgeville. She worked in the school cafeteria in the North Ridgeville School District for several years and had previously worked at Stouffer Foods in Cleveland. In her free time, Joann enjoyed doing needlework and embroidery.
She is survived by her sister Karen Buescher of Avon.
Joann was preceded in death by her husband Troy; parents John and Josephine (nee Ruth) Storme; brothers Richard and Kenneth and Leonard Storme; sister Audrey Kozelka.
Memorial Mass Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church, 37555 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, where family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until time of service. Rev. Andrew Hoover will officiate. Inurnment will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
