Jewell Erwin's Obituary
Jewell M. Erwin, age 64, of LaGrange, passed Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at her home following a brief illness.
Born in Lily, Wisconsin, she was a resident of LaGrange since 2001 moving from Elyria. She spent most of her life in Portsmouth.
Jewell helped with cleaning and cooking at Gathering Hope House with the Nord Center.
Survivors include her sisters, Elizabeth Ann Allen of Elyria, Rita Lewis of Ironton, Barbara Jean Brown of Portsmouth; brothers, John Erwin of Elyria, LeRoy Brown of Portsmouth and James Brown of Columbus.
She was preceded in death by her father, Willard Erwin and mother, Bertha Brown; sisters, Debbie Brown and Judy Martin; brothers, Willard Erwin Jr. and David Brown.
Friends may call Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of services at 11:00AM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Rev. Bill Shomo will officiate.
Burial will be in River Road Cemetery, LaGrange.
