Jeremy B. Casey, age 32, of Elyria, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012 in North Ridgeville from injuries sustained in a car accident. He was born in Elyria and was a resident of North Ridgeville for most of his life, until moving to Read Obituary

I never thought I would ever meet a man that I believed would be such a gift to my family. I can't get you out of my mind and it drives me crazy. I'm so happy that we had the opportunity to have you in my family's life. You were one of a kind and will ALWAYS be missed... my grand daughter will know how much you meant to us.
We Just heard about Jeremy our hearts are so sad...Mark and I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy while playing horseshoes on Tuesdays a couple years ago Jeremy always had a smile and was a joy to be around. May he rest in peace. May God give his family and friends comfort in this sad time.
Jeremy,we wur 17 years old and at the NR police station for who knows what that time,I was so nervous to call my father to pick me up,and you offered me a ride home from your mother,i remember laughing the whole way home. RIP my dude you will never be forgotten.

I have fond memories growing up playing Hot Stove and the Casey's where very much part of that. I remember being at a party celebrating my sister's team winning the state championship. Jeremy thought that he could easily hit a fast pitch thrown my by sister. He tried several times and eventually conceded. Jeremy very much was a guy that was bigger then life. He brought such great energy and life where ever he went. It is incredibly sad to hear about a life being taken to soon. I'm so sorry to hear about the tragic news. My thoughts and prayers go out to Debbie and the rest of the Casey family. I pray for the peace that only God can bring to rest over all those in the Casey family.
