Jeannine M. Reese's Obituary
Jeannine M. Reese (nee Baxter), age 73, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at the Main Street Care Center in Avon Lake. She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 2010, moving from Parma, where she’d spent most of her life.
Jeannine worked as a beautician when first married and worked several jobs throughout her life. Her favorite was cleaning homes with her best friend Josephine Terec. She enjoyed socializing with her many friends, camping with her family, and cooking for every occasion.
Jeannine is survived by her son, John C. (Alicia) of Avon; daughter, Jill (Craig) Zidow of North Ridgeville; grandchildren, Jacob Vovak, Katelyn Vovak, Craig Zidow II, Angel Zidow, John B. Reese and Reagan Reese; Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years John A.; parents Mildred Irene English and Carlton Baxter; sister Bonita Post; brothers Carlton “Tony” (June) Baxter and Jerry (Linda) Baxter.
Mass of Christian Burial Monday, February 12 at 10:00 am at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church, 2640 Stoney Ridge Rd., Avon, where family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the St. Mary Church or the St. Mary School Endowment Fund. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of the Main Street Care Center in Avon Lake for their excellent care of Jeannine.
