Jeanne Marie Hill's Obituary
Jeanne Marie Hill (nee Cunningham), age 69, of Olmsted Twp., passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024, at Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake.
She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of Olmsted Twp. for the past 5 years, moving from North Ridgeville. She had lived in East Cleveland for 10 years where she taught special education for the city schools, retiring in 2010.
Jeanne enjoyed composing and teaching music and gardening. She loved animals and coordinating class reunions for Nordonia Class of 1972. A special thanks to good friend Judy Rightmire-McKay who help Jeanne with the class reunions.
Survivors include her sister, Patricia Castanaras of North Ridgeville, Carolyn (Dan) Beears of Cleveland, Diane (Richard) Boettner of Columbus, many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joel Hill, parents, Leslie and Pearle Cunningham, brother, Leslie Cunningham and brother-in-law, James Castanaras.
Services will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Chapel in the Woods, Lakeside, 43440. Dr. Rev. Charles Yoost will officiate. Burial will be private.
