Jane T. Gardner's Obituary
Jane T. Gardner (nee Koster), age 94, of Sagamore Hills, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at the Elmcroft of Sagamore Hills.
She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of Sagamore Hills for the past 3 years. She previously lived in Rocky River and North Ridgeville.
Jane worked as a dietary technician for Lorain County Correctional Facility for many years.
She was a member of St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church in North Ridgeville and the North Ridgeville Post 9871 Ladies Auxiliary.
She enjoyed crocheting, jigsaw puzzles and word search puzzles.
Survivors include her children, Kathleen and Maureen Gardner both of Utah, Jane Gardner of Texas, Judith (Michael) Wright of Kentucky, William (Norma) Gardner of Missouri, Roger (Anita) Gardner of California, Eileen (Donn) Bohn of Canton, Raymond (Jill) Gardner of California, Colleen (Lawrence) Rilling of Cleveland; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Jean Cleary of Parma; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Nellie (nee Esser) Koster; siblings, Elmer, Helen, Evelyn and Billy.
Friends may call Monday from 4-7PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville where a prayer service will be held on Tuesday at 9:30AM followed by a 10AM Mass at St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church, 5500 Lear Nagle Rd., North Ridgeville. Rev. George Vrabel, Pastor, will be the celebrant.
