James E. Roysden's Obituary
James E. Roysden, age 70, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at St. John Medical Center in Westlake.
He was born in Columbus, raised in West Virginia and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for 43 years moving from Cleveland.
Mr. Roysden worked as a welder for Lakewood Manufacturing, retiring in 2004 after 17 years.
He loved working on cars and helping his neighbors with whom he liked to socialize with. If he wasn’t in his garage, he could often be found tending to his plants. He loved his family and had a very special bond with his son, Junior.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Brenda (nee Sutphin); daughters, Tammy Etterman, Patricia (Mark) Hart and Penny Roysden all of North Ridgeville; son, Junior (Libby) Roysden of North Ridgeville; grandchildren, Michael Roysden, Amanda (Tyler) Baker, Tricia, Nathan and Kyle Hart, Stephanie (Marc) Carollo, Adrienne, Taylor, Nick and Ryan Roysden; great-grandchildren, Audrey and Vinnie Roysden, Delaney Casey, Kendal Carollo, Hayden Roysden, Anthony Gotti; brother, John (Ann) Roysden; sisters, Pam (Steve) Szucs, Beverly Ables; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by grandson, Marcus Hart; parents, Roy and Anna Roysden; son-in-law, Chris Etterman.
Friends may call Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of services at 5:00 p.m. at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Rev. Mike Payne will officiate.
