James J. Gosselin's Obituary
James J. Gosselin, age 70, of North Ridgeville, passed away at his home on November 26, 2014.
He was born on March 7, 1944 in North Olmsted and has lived in North Ridgeville for the past 44 years, moving from Olmsted Falls.
James served in the United States Army and went on to work as a concrete finisher for Schirmer Construction in North Olmsted, retiring in 2006.
He enjoyed golfing, bowling, camping and riding his golf cart to meet with his friends and fellow members of V.F.W. Post 9871 in North Ridgeville.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Aida (nee Kehoe); daughter Jeannette (Scott) Edreff of Lorain; son Jeff Gosselin of North Ridgeville; grandchildren Joe Gosselin of North Ridgeville and Autumn Edreff of Lorain; brother Don (Letty) Gosselin of Columbia Station; many nieces and nephews.
James was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Agnes (nee Tschofen) Gosselin; brother Richard Gosselin.
Friends may call Friday from 5-8 p.m. in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville where a prayer service will be held on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a 10:00 a.m. Mass at St. Julie’s Church, 5500 Lear Nagle Road, North Ridgeville. Interment with Full Military Honors by V.F.W. Post 9871, will be in St. Peter Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
