James A Cuebas' Obituary
James A. Cuebas, age 93, of Bay Village, passed away at O’Neil Healthcare in Bay Village.
He was born in Lakewood and had been a resident of the Cleveland area for most of his life. He also lived in Tampa, Florida.
James served in the US Army during WWII.
He was the Vice President of Mellon Bank in Cleveland, retiring after 25 years.
He was a member of North Olmsted Evangelical Friends Church in North Olmsted.
James enjoyed playing the violin, golfing and traveling.
Survivors include his sons, Jay (Lucie) Cuebas of Ashville, North Carolina, Jeff (Rachel Sauer) Cuebas of North Ridgeville, Joel (Kim) Cuebas of Westlake, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna in 2019, parents, Raphael and Eva Cuebas, brother, Robert Cuebas.
Private services will be held.
Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville.
Memorial contributions may be made in James’ name to the North Olmsted Evangelical Friends Church, 5665 Great Northern Blvd., North Olmsted, OH 44070.
