James Barger's Obituary
James A. Barger, age 77, of North Ridgeville, died Tuesday at the North Ridge Health Center, North Ridgeville, following a long illness.
He was born in Cleveland, Ohio and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 39 years moving from North Eaton.
Mr. Barger served in the US Army.
He worked as a loader and shipper for Xerxes Corporation in North Ridgeville for 30 years retiring in 1993.
He enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Erma (nee Smith); son, James Jr. of North Ridgeville; daughter, Deborah Barger of North Ridgeville; 1 granddaughter; sisters Dawn Weisen of Homersville; Laura Miller Of Cleveland; brother, Danny of Wadsworth.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Friends may call Thursday from 11:00AM until the time of services at 12:00Noon at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Rev. Bill Shomo will officiate.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
