Jacob Freed's Obituary
Jacob R. Freed, age 5, of Elyria, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Metro Health Medical Center, Cleveland, following a sudden illness.
He was born in Middleburg Heights and was a life long resident of Elyria.
Jacob enjoyed playing video games and watching Sponge Bob and Spiderman.
He is survived by his parents, Troy and Brandy Freed; brothers, Lee Miller and Brandon Freed, both at home; grandparents, Diane and Vic Cogar of Brookpark, Jim and Dianna Phillips of Wellington, Dawn and Cary Grant of Ashland, Wayne and Linda Freed of Elyria; great-grandmothers, Lucille Groves of Elyria, Esther Ferguson of Brookpark and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9PM Monday at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday in the funeral home with Rev. Charles Leininger, Pastor of Elyria Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
