Irene Mytnick Broglin's Obituary
Irene Susan Mytnick Broglin (nee Scheeff), 89 formerly of Cleveland and Chardon met her Maker on Friday, November 19, 2010 at Northridge Health Center, North Ridgeville following a lengthy illness. She was born August 31, 1921 in Cleveland. She had retired from Kearfott Manufacturing in Cleveland. She enjoyed gardening, canning food and travel. She had visited all 48 states in the continental United States. Irene was known for her keen wit, sense of humor and contagious laugh. She was an extremely happy spirited individual who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Survivors include sons, Larry W. (Karen) Mytnick of North Ridgeville and Daniel J. (Bonita) Mytnick of Rocky River, daughters, Donna M. Brown of Whitesburg, KY and Gail A. (Sam) Capasso of Avon, 11 grandchildren, Larry J. Mytnick, Michael L. Mytnick, Kelley A. Feierabend, Peggy Warf-Moreau, Jeffery Brown, Tina Singleton, Colleen Smitek, Daniel Mytnick, Jr., Christine Johnson, Sam Capasso and Angela Capasso, 18 great grandchildren, a sister, Helen Hyatt of Brook Park, and brothers, Elmer Scheeff of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi and Frank Scheeff of Brooklyn, OH. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Theodore W. Mytnick, her second husband, Harvey Broglin, parents Olivia (Thome) and William Scheeff and by brothers, Raymond, Bill, George and Paul Scheeff. Friends will be received from 5-8 P.M. Monday, November 22, 2010 at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville where funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Rev. John Fairweather, pastor of the 1st Congregational United Church of Christ, North Ridgeville will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridgeville Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association 12200 Fiarhill Rd. Cleveland, OH 44120.
