Irene Love's Obituary
Irene F. Love, age 98, of Elyria, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2008, at her home, following a short illness.
She was born in Scottdale, Pennsylvania and had been a resident of Elyria for the past three and a half years moving from North Ridgeville. She lived most of her life in Pittsburgh.
She received her Master's Degree in Education from the University of Pittsburgh.
Irene worked as an elementary school teacher, teaching first grade in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, for many years.
She was a former member of South Avenue Methodist Church in Wilkinsburg, PA.
Survivors include her nephew, William (Rose) Campbell of North Ridgeville; nieces Barbara and Beverly; great-nieces, Stephanie Campbell, Kim Ulavale and great-nephew, Kevin Campbell..
She was preceded in death by parents, Orlando and May Love; brother, Ivan and sister, Inez Campbell.
Friends may call Saturday from 9:30 AM until the time of services at 10:00 AM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Irene's nephew, William Campbell, will officiate. Burial will be in Allegheny County Memorial Park, Allison Park, PA.
