Ilona Menner's Obituary
Ilona Menner, age 77, of Elyria, passed away, April 11, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Elyria and had been a resident since 2016, after moving from North Ridgeville. She was a Machinist for Western Enterprise and a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, going to lunch with her high school friends, and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She is survived by: Son, Robert (Joseph Ward) of Chesterland; Daughters, Catherine (William Jr.) Harrold of Elyria, Julia (Martin) Granneman of Columbus; Grandchildren, Alexander (Krista), Victoria and Zackery Harrold, Messeret, Promise and Omar “Bob” Granneman, Great Grandson, Robert Harrold and brother Antone Suta of Lorain.
She was preceded in death by her Husband Robert in 2015, parents Peter and Julia (nee Piskuran), brothers, Tibor and Tom Suta, sisters, Judy Gooderich and Carolyn Bynum.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Peter Church 10 AM Saturday July 11, 2020. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
