Homer Webster's Obituary
Homer C. Webster, age 86, of North Ridgeville, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at his home.
He was born in Grayson, Kentucky and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1951, moving from Ashland, Kentucky.
Homer worked as a crane operator for Abex Corp. in Elyria for 37 years, retiring in 1986. He was a life member of AFLCIO.
He attended North Ridgeville Church of God.
He enjoyed golfing, playing horseshoes and baseball.
Survivors include his son, Thomas (Judith) Webster and daughter, Barbara (Joseph) Thomas both of Alamo, Texas; grandchildren, Michele Schultz, Brian Webster, David Webster, Debbie Perry; great-grandchildren, Nicole, Matthew, Michael, Brooke, Steven and Maria.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle; daughter, Carole Faye Webster; father, "OC" Webster; mother, Nelli Webster; brothers, Hayden, Vernon, Elwood; sisters, Thelma Meyers, Ada Laird and Edith.
Friends may call Thursday from 5-8 PM at the David Bogner Family funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Services will be held on Friday at 10 AM in the funeral home. Rev. Brian Palmer will officiate.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
