Helen P. Rainey's Obituary
Helen P. Rainey, (nee McMahon), age 93, of Elyria, passed away at her home on Sunday, March 16, 2014 after a lengthy illness.
She was born on November 25, 1920 in Cygnet, Ohio and has lived in Elyria since 1995, moving from Shipshewanna, IN and Sturgis, MI.
Helen is survived by her husband of 74 years, Charles; daughter Sharon Kay Thomas of Elyria; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son Charles Leroy Rainey; parents Howard and Pearl (nee Daughtry) McMahon; 2 brothers and 9 sisters.
Family will receive friends in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville on Wednesday 6-8 p.m.
Graveside Services Friday, March 21 at 1:00 p.m. in the Brighton Chapel Cemetery, Howe, Indiana. Rev. Rustin Krapfl will officiate.
