Helen Dina's Obituary
Helen Dina (nee Coleman) age 74, of Elyria, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at her home, surrounded by her family.
She was born in Pikeville, KY., and lived in Elyria for most of her life. She was a homemaker and a former member of Island Road Baptist Church and current member of Midway Baptist Church. Helen really enjoyed spending time with her family and word search puzzles.
She is survived by her former husband, John E. Dina, daughters Nancy Hughes of Elyria, Sibyl (Ricky) Londo of Elyria; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, brother Rev Earl (Mary) Coleman of Elyria; sisters Pauline (Johnny) Roberts of Elyria, Carol (James) Dina of Medina, daughter-in-law Rebecca Griggs of Elyria. She was preceded in death by her son, Clivy Griggs Jr. parents Taylor and Dorothy Coleman, brothers, James and Scott Coleman and sister, Mary Coleman.
Family will receive friends Monday from 4-7 PM at Midway Baptist Church, 41812 Griswold Rd., Elyria. Masks are required. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10AM at the church. Burial will follow at Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
