Helen D. Barker's Obituary
Helen D. Barker (nee Wolf), age 67, of Columbia Station passed away Friday November 30, 2018 at St. John Medical Center, Westlake following a short illness.
She was born and grew up in Cleveland moving to Columbia Station in 1980.
Mrs. Barker was a receptionist at Westlake Village Assisted Living for the past 5 years.
She enjoyed reading, watching Lifetime Christmas movies, spending time with her grandchildren and playing cards with friends.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Paul, daughter Heather (Alex) Dones Cruz of North Ridgeville, James Barker of Rushville, Indiana, seven grandchildren, Carlos, Jullian, Johnathan, Brandon and Austin Dones Cruz, Teagan and Abbigale Barker, and one brother, William Vaughn of Las Vegas.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nadine Boutwell and brother Roy E. Wolf.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 3 PM until time of services at 5 PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville, Reverend Alan Jenkins will officiate.
Private burial will be at a later date in Bug Ridge Cemetery, Sutton, WV.
