Harry Sebastian's Obituary
Harry Lincoln Sebastian, age 85, of North Ridgeville, passed away Friday, December 4, 2009 at New Life Hospice Residential Center, Lorain, following a long illness.
Born in Cleveland, he was a resident of North Ridgeville since 1962.
Harry served in the US Army Air Corp during WWII where he was an airplane mechanic with the 4132nd Army Air Force Unit.
He worked as a foreman for Ford Motor Company Brookpark Engine Plant #1 for 27 years, retiring in 1980.
He was a member of College Heights Baptist Church, Ford Retiree Club and was a proud member of AA.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Wilma; daughter Adele (Greg) Hudnall of Elyria; granddaughters, Megan (Cleatrice) Newson of Oberlin, Bethany (Paul) Mills of North Ridgeville; great- grandchildren, Emma Hudnall, Tessa and Gregory Newson; sister, Betty Caril of Cleveland.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Shirley Sebastian; sister, Sybil Austin.
Friends may call Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Rev. Darrell Deer, pastor of College Heights Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
