Hannelore was truly a joy to know. When I remember my days at County, I see her face answering a question, telling me I had a client, and showing how much she cared for her co workers and clients. One of the wonderful Julian family faithfully serving the public. She was totally a first class woman kind, compassionate and confident in herself.
